As a Vice President, Regional Production Manager at Bank of England Mortgage with access to several branches in the northeast.

I support and retain a highly talented team of loan officers and local production staff. Our New England based federally registered loan officers provide the best mortgage solutions and the highest level of customer service for our clients’ mortgage needs for all 50 states.

Our regional mortgage centers are headquartered at 400 TradeCenter 128 in Woburn, Massachusetts with loan center branches located in Andover, Massachusetts and throughout New England. We lend in all 50 states as a division of Bank of England, an FDIC insured bank.

From day one, I asked my team to partner with me and help change the way our industry does lending. Thankfully, they believed in my vision and as a result, we are positioned to be one of the national top five at Bank of England Mortgage and are on track to become one of the top ten lenders in New England.

I have been actively involved in all aspects of mortgage lending since 1985. Over these years, I have hired and managed over 150 loan officers and overseen more than 6 billion in closed loans on purchase and refinance transactions to assure a close on time. I am extremely proud of the time my loan officers spend educating and counseling clients to ensure they find the best possible home financing solutions.

The outstanding customer service and support doesn't stop with our Loan Origination team. Throughout the organization, from support staff to operations management, every member of the team embraces our core mantra "treat every loan as if it were your own."

Our goal is to make the mortgage loan process rewarding and stress free for our clients, realtors, closing attorneys, and anyone else associated with the real estate transaction. Our loan officers and customer support mission is to continue to build on our positive word-of-mouth one loan at a time, by engaging in fluid customer relationships, constant communication and winning teamwork. Our team philosophy is to stay positive, stay grateful, put our customers first, and always do the next right thing.
